Kate grew up in Ontario, Canada where she completed her undergraduate Bachelors and Masters degrees. After discovering her passion for medicine, she migrated to Australia to complete her MBBS at the University of Queensland.
Kate finished her Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in Queensland and Victoria, most recently working as the senior registrar at the Ballarat Base Hospital.
Kate is passionate about women’s health and wellbeing at all stages of life, from adolescents to post menopause.
Kate keeps busy with her Aussie kids and husband, while embracing the Ballarat climate like a true Canadian.
Dr Kate is a clinical diagnostician and works with patients to help identify causes of period problems.
